• Usage data: pages you visit, how you arrived at our site (for example a search engine or a link), and basic device information, collected through Google Analytics and cookies.

• To answer your request and prepare your quote
• To manage your order if you become a client
• To understand which pages help buyers, and improve the site

We don’t sell your information.

• Suppliers and logistics partners, only the product and shipping details needed to quote or fulfil your order.
• Service providers that run our website, email and analytics: our web hosting provider (Namecheap), our email service, and Google Analytics (Google). They process your information only to provide their service to us.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

We use cookies for analytics. When you first visit, a banner lets you accept or reject them, and analytics cookies are only set if you accept. You can change your choice at any time with the cookie button at the bottom of the page, or block cookies in your browser.

We also save, in your own browser, the page where you first arrived and the link or campaign that brought you. If you send a quote request, this is included with it, so we know which pages help buyers.

We keep quote requests for up to 3 years, so we can follow up and see your history if you come back. If you become a client, we keep order and payment records for as long as tax and accounting laws require. Analytics data is kept according to our Google Analytics settings.

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it for a specific purpose. Email info@olwansourcing.com with your request, and we reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, such as the GDPR in the EU and UK or state privacy laws in the US.

We’re based in China, so information you send us is processed in China and by our service providers in other countries, including the United States. We only share what’s needed to answer your request or deliver your order.
