When you buy from several Chinese suppliers, OLWAN Sourcing receives every delivery at our warehouse in Yiwu, checks it, repacks it if needed, and loads everything into one shipment. You pay for one shipment and one set of customs paperwork instead of one per supplier. It’s how our clients mix dozens of products from Yiwu market into a single container or shared shipment.

How does consolidation work?
- Your suppliers deliver to our Yiwu warehouse, each with your order code on the cartons.
- We receive and count every delivery, and check it against your order list.
- We check the goods. A visual check of every carton comes free with receiving; a full quality inspection is available at $200 per man-day.
- We repack if needed: stronger cartons, labels, or combining small cartons.
- We plan the load by volume and weight, and send you the final packing list.
- We load and ship by sea, air or express, with DDP to your door if you want it.

Why consolidate?
- Lower shipping cost. One shipment instead of many small ones. Freight is priced by volume, so a well-packed load costs less per item.
- One customs clearance. One set of documents and one duty payment at destination.
- Control. We catch missing or damaged goods before they leave China, when suppliers can still fix it.
How long can goods stay in the warehouse?
The first 10 days of storage are free. After that, storage costs $1 per cubic meter (CBM) per day. Most orders ship within the free period: once the last delivery arrives, we can usually prepare and load the same day or the next day.

What we can't guarantee
- We can’t ship what suppliers don’t deliver. If a supplier is late, the whole shipment waits, or we ship without it if you decide so.
- Receiving checks count cartons and look for visible damage. A carton can look fine and still hold a defect, and only a full inspection opens and checks the products.

Can I use your warehouse if I bought the goods myself?
Yes. Give your suppliers our warehouse address and your order code, and we ship from there.
