What does a Yiwu sourcing agent do?
A Yiwu sourcing agent finds products and suppliers for you in Yiwu market and nearby factories, negotiates prices in Chinese, checks quality before you pay, and arranges shipping. You get one local team in China instead of managing each supplier yourself from abroad.
Do you accept small orders?
Yes. We work with orders of any size, including first orders and mixed cartons from several suppliers. Orders up to $50,000 pay a 4% fee, with a $150 minimum per order. On a very small order, that minimum can outweigh what you save, and we’ll tell you if that’s the case before you start.
How much does a Yiwu sourcing agent cost?
Our commission is 4% of the goods value on orders up to $50,000 ($150 minimum per order), and 3–4% above $50,000. Inspection, verification and shipping are priced separately. See the full breakdown on our pricing page.
How do you check quality before I pay the balance?
Our inspector checks the goods at the factory or in our Yiwu warehouse against your approved sample, then sends you a photo report. You decide whether to pay the balance and ship. Inspection costs $200 per man-day.
Can you ship door to door with duties paid?
Yes. We arrange DDP shipping to many countries, including the US, Canada, the UK, Australia, Mexico and Brazil, so duties and customs clearance are included in the price we quote you. Sea freight to the US takes about 30 to 65 days door to door, and air freight about 4 to 10 days.
Can you check a factory before I place an order?
Yes. A legal check of the business license and company registration costs $150. An on-site visit, where we confirm the factory exists and can make your product, costs $250.
